How to Withdraw Fiat Currencies

1. To start your Withdrawal transaction, go to your  Wallet and select the assets that you’d like to withdraw.

2. Select payment method, and Indicate the fiat withdrawal amount, then fill in the details for the receiving account. 

1. Via Internet Banking

        Select Bank Name from the dropdown, or input bank code as instructed.

        Input Bank Account Number and Account Holder Name.

        Input phone number if instructed. The information will be shared to our payment processor.

2. Via AliPay

        Input Account Number and Account Holder Name.

3. Via GCash

        Input Bank Account Number and Account Holder Name.

3. Check your receiving account details and click “Next”

4. Check your registered e-mail address inbox for the Verification Code and input it in the appropriate field together with your 2FA code, and then click "Confirm". 

5. Your withdrawal transaction will be processed, and a confirmation message will be posted on the screen once completed.
