How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency

Currently, users who register or log in via Web 3 wallet can proceed directly with their wallet to withdraw. Please see the following instruction:

IF you are the E-mail users:

1. Select "Wallets"

2. Select "Withdraw"

3. Choose the currency where you want to withdraw funds > Select an option from the dropdown menu > Select "Currency"

4. Fill in the "Amount" field > Choose a "Blockchain"

Note:

Each cryptocurrency has its own blockchain as well as wallet address.

Selecting the incorrect currency or blockchain may result in the permanent loss of your asset/s. Before making a withdrawal transaction, please take extra precaution to ensure all of the information entered is correct

5. Enter the "Withdrawal (Destination) Address" > Press the "Withdraw" button.

6. Check your registered email's inbox for the OTP code and indicate in the appropriate field together with your 2FA then click "Verify".

7. Your withdrawal transaction will be processed, and a confirmation message will be posted on the screen once completed.

Note: The confirmation link will be deactivated in 1 hour.

For users logged in with a Web3 wallet:
- Withdrawals can only be made to your connected Web3 wallet address.
- You will be asked to sign a message in your wallet to confirm the withdrawal.
- No email or personal information is required.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for login.

Note: Web3 wallet accounts are independent from email accounts. Please ensure you are using the correct login method.
